Evening Classe: Wednesdays, 7pm - 9pm:
Weekend Classe: Saturdays, 2pm - 4pm
Pre-requisites: Learners with limited knowledge of Mandarin, e.g. learners who have completed TMT Introductory course
Venue: London Bridge
Fee: £320.00 for 15 weeks
Key learning points:
- Mandarin pronunciation (Pinyin, tones)
- Vocabulary (characters and words in Simplified Chinese)
- Grammar and sentence patterns
- Greetings and daily expressions : greeting & goodbye, gratitude, apology, requesting help, enquiry
- Introduction of oneself and others : name, age, address, family, nationality, hobby, ability, etc.
- Chinese numerals, time of the day, days of the week, month and year
- Chinese measure words
- Simple description: weather, direction, size, etc.
- Ask simple questions and answer questions: Shopping, transportation, etc.
- Conversation: Daily routine, Ordering food, Weather, Direction, Shopping, Hobby, Making phone calls, etc.
- Requesting help and enquiry: studies, work, etc.

General Chinese - Entry Level 2 runs FOUR times in 2011 on Thursday eventings and Saturday mornings in central London. Please dates for each class below:--

Pre-requisites: Learners have reasonable knowledge of Mandarin, e.g. completed TMt Entry Level 1
